The heavy-duty flat hose for moving large volumes of water across long distances. Layflat stores compactly, deploys easily and handles the flow rates needed for open field irrigation, tank filling and farm water distribution.

What is the GoldenSpray hose and what is it for?
GoldenSpray is a spray hose for open-field and greenhouse irrigation. It sprays water evenly across a 7 to 8 meter band with a uniform pattern, and works at low pressure, around 1.0 bar. It is ideal for row crops like onion, garlic, carrot and leafy vegetables.
What pressure does it run at and how much water does it deliver?
It runs at low to medium pressure, around 1.0 bar, which reduces pump load and saves energy. Flow is roughly 155 liters per minute at 100 m and 220 liters per minute on a 150 m roll.
What roll length does it come in?
GoldenSpray D-3L comes in 150 meter rolls, which lets you irrigate longer runs with fewer connections. That reduces installation time and total system cost.
What diameter and wall thickness does the D-3L have?
The D-3L is 1.5 inches in diameter, with a 60 mm flat width (74 mm including the fin) and a 0.32 mm wall thickness. It is UV-stabilized to withstand field exposure.
Which crops is it used for?
It works very well for onion, garlic, carrot, leafy greens, aromatic herbs and other row-grown horticultural crops, both in open field and under greenhouse.
What is the difference between GoldenSpray, Golden Mist and Layflat?
GoldenSpray is for wide-coverage spray; Golden Mist delivers a fine mist for misting and micro-irrigation, ideal in nurseries and delicate crops; and Layflat is a flat hose to convey large volumes of water in open field. Each solves a different need.
Is it hard to install and maintain?
No. It is easy to install and maintain, and because it comes in long rolls you make fewer connections. Its UV resistance holds up well to exposure, both in open field and under greenhouse.
